The 18th Annual Limbs for Life Golf Tournament was scheduled for October 19th. After speaking with most of you and gathering your input, we have made the difficult decision to not hold the tournament this year. The impact of the current environment on you - our sponsors, partners and friends - is significant.
We utilized a survey model to capture specific data in making the decision. Although several would attempt to participate if we held the tournament, most would need to reduce the level of sponsorship. With the feedback provided, the committee determined it is not economically feasible to hold the Limbs for Life golf tournament this year.
We value our relationship with you and want to do what’s in the best interest of Limbs for Life and each one of you. We are so grateful for your support and participation through the years and we will return. In fact, we have reserved October 18, 2021 at Gaillardia for our next tournament date. Mark your calendar, plan for your participation, and join us then. We will look forward to it!
We are thinking of you, your families and employees during this time. We look forward to brighter days, on the golf course, and beyond. Please reach out if you have questions.
Many, many thanks for your understanding and support.

Donor Story
James built his career and company in California and believed strongly in supporting many charitable endeavors. His passion for one group led him to explore the work of Limbs for Life Foundation. He decided to include our organization in his giving plans to further expand the reach his gifts could have and the impact it would make on specific populations he cared about deeply.
James established a bequest in his will to designate a portion of his estate to Limbs for Life along with other organizations. Upon his passing, Limbs for Life received a significant monetary gift along with real estate, stock and other assets. The benefits to the organization from the real estate will provide a long-term revenue stream for operational expenses and other costs outside our programs and services. James' vision of this specific gift allows Limbs for Life to focus on direct client services, knowing there is ongoing support for a portion of operational costs.
James' bequest touches multiple areas of the organization and impacts the lives of many amputees and their families who otherwise would not have access to quality prosthetic care.
