The Limbs for Life Foundation's 5th Annual Bricktown Blaze 5k Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk was held on May 10, 2008, at Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City. A record number of runners participated to help amputees in the Oklahoma City area.

The foundation does several fundraisers each year, but the Blaze is unique. The money raised is ear-marked for use in Oklahoma City. The run always ends on the field of Bricktown Ballpark during batting practice prior to the start of an Oklahoma RedHawks game, giving the runners a unique experience.
